Our Payment Process
Terms of Payment
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. All overdue payments are subject to an interest charge of 1.5% per month. New clients without approved credit must include payment with their samples, otherwise payment will be required before results are released. Forms of payment include check, credit card, money order or wire transfer (please contact us for account information). We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diner’s Club credit cards. Credit card charges will be in Canadian or US dollars depending on invoice currency. American Express will be charged in Canadian dollars only, and exchange if needed will be based on the Bank of Canada midday rate. Please contact us for information or if you have any questions about calculating the charges for analysis or the status of your account. Our contact email for account/credit issues is accounts@acmelab.com. Acme reserves the right to limit the amount of credit to any client.

To establish a credit account with Acme, please call us or send your request by e-mail for a credit application form.
