Alfred H Knight (AHK) and Acme Analytical Laboratories Ltd (AcmeLabs) are pleased to announce the completion of the sale and purchase of assets in the AHK’s (geochem) analytical laboratory in Fairbanks, Alaska and the exploration sample preparation facility in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
These additions are a significant step in strengthening of AcmeLabs position in North America. The deal allows both companies to focus on their core competencies and, in the case of AcmeLabs, will further enhance coverage and service.
Ms. Terri-Lynn Ferguson, Quality Systems Manager will lead the AcmeLabs transition team with the support of Mr. Gary Short previously of AHK. Fire assay operations will continue uninterrupted in the Fairbanks facility under the technical support of Mr. David Kwok who will also help train staff on the AcmeLabs Enterprise Management System (AcmeEMS™).
